01The short version
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Two things do still happen when you load a page, and both are described below, because they disclose your IP address to a third party even though neither is a cookie.
02Cookies
We set no cookies of any kind on this website: no strictly necessary cookies, no preference cookies, no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies.
Our previous privacy policy said our use of cookies was "minimal and limited to analytics only". That was wrong in our favour, in the sense that it described processing that was never happening. This document replaces it.
03Local storage
We store nothing in your browser's local storage or session storage. The floor price calculator on the home page runs entirely in your browser, and the figures you type into it are neither sent to us nor saved anywhere. Reload the page and they are gone.
04Analytics
We run no analytics product on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Plausible, no Matomo and no equivalent.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first, and we will not deploy any non-essential analytics without a consent mechanism that is unticked by default and that works before any tracking runs.
05Third parties that receive your IP address anyway
These are not cookies and they set nothing on your device. They are requests your browser makes to load part of the page. Each one discloses your IP address, the page you are loading and basic browser information to the recipient.

Google's handling of that request is governed by Google's own terms. The directory host's handling is governed by theirs. We do not control either.
If you would rather not make these requests, a browser extension that blocks third-party requests will stop them. The site remains readable without the web fonts.
06Embedded content
This website embeds no video, no map, no social media widget and no chat widget. The WhatsApp and Telegram buttons are ordinary links. Nothing loads from those services until you click, and clicking takes you to their app or website, where their own policies apply.
07Forms
This website has no form that submits data to a server. The contact controls open a prefilled email or a prefilled WhatsApp message in your own application. Nothing is sent until you send it, and when you do it goes to us directly, not through a form provider.
08Changes
We will update this policy if what the site loads changes. Every version carries a version number and an effective date and is archived at a permanent URL.
